On Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, NBOA Annual Meeting attendees are invited to explore and meet with potential corporate partners at the Business Solutions Showcase. As an exhibitor, you’ll get ~10 hours of face time with independent school leaders who are often the key drivers of school budgeting and vendor relationships for their schools. While attendees can visit the Showcase during all exhibit hall hours, exhibitors can expect a high traffic volume during Monday’s lunch, afternoon break, and end-of-day networking hour, as well as Tuesday’s breakfast, morning break and lunch.
96% of exhibitors who responded to our survey at the 2024 Annual Meeting said they were likely or extremely likely to exhibit again at a future meeting.
Present your innovative products, solutions and services to independent school business and operations professionals at the NBOA Solutions Theatre on Monday or Tuesday! Showcase your expertise in 20-minute micro-learning sessions, offering practical insights that deliver value to attendees, whether they're existing customers or prospects. This is your chance to not only market your products and services but also establish yourself as a trusted resource in the independent school community, driving meaningful connections and fostering collaborative growth. Giveaways during your session are encouraged.
Companies must be sponsors or exhibitors to participate in the Solutions Theatre. The reach of your Solutions Theatre session will carry well beyond the Annual Meeting as a recorded session offered for online viewing on-demand from March through June of 2025. *Please note that all these sessions are occurring at the same time as the exhibit hall booth is open and therefore, representation will be needed in the booth as well.
The March/April issue is the most robust issue of the year for NBOA’s widely read, award-winning magazine, Net Assets. Reserve your spot in this issue, which will be distributed onsite at the meeting in addition to being shipped to members across the U.S. and Canada.

Attendees turn to the mobile app to navigate the Annual Meeting’s many opportunities — sessions, meals, special events — and to connect with fellow attendees. It’s also how attendees register for continued learning credits and view presentation slides and handouts. Attendee evaluations show the mobile app is the most useful tool for planning their event schedule and navigating the conference.
